Yes, Harukami is one of pakdokter's favourite Japanese writers. Pakdokter likes his style, simple and clear and easy to read. And being from the 'baby-boomer' generation, pakdokter guessed pakdokter could relate to most of Harukami's ideas.....
This book is a collection of short stories. The stories are short enough and engaging enough that each story can easily be finished during pakdokter's daily train ride from home to office.
Some of the stories were probably about Harukami's own lifes experiences....
