Dinner at the Imperial Cafe...

We came back from Kutna Hora at around 6 pm. It was the coldest day since we came to Prague 4 days ago - the temperature being -6 degrees celcius. The cold weather made us feel very exhausted and we decided to just have our dinner at our hotel's Imperial Cafe.
Pakdokter had found the deer carpaccio at Pon Vezi Restaurant the previous night extremely delicious and decided to try out the deer fillet offered at Cafe Imperial. And pakdokter was not disappointed. The meat was juicy and tender and went well with the cranberry sauce. The meat did not taste 'gamey' at all. Pakdokter's partner settled for the sure and guaranteed confit of duck.
