We took the ferry back to the hotel after we finished dinner. The boatman offered to take us on a cruise along the Menam Chao Phraya which we were glad to accept. The cruise took us past the Shangrila Hotel, the LeBua Tower on the south-side of the Oriental and on the return upriver cruise we could see the Hilton and the Sheraton to the north of the Oriental.
