The SGC October Medal was played at the Tasik Puteri Golf Resort. 28 golfers signed up to play and pakdokter was the most senior alumnus from among the pack.
Tasik Puteri has always been a tough course. Pakdokter has never been able to return a decent score at this course in the past. And the almost 2 months break since August was of no help either.
Pakdokter played with Azhar Ariff, Omar Suhaimi and Hamid Shafie. These guys were a few years junior to pakdokter in school. We all played to a handicap of 24.
The competition was played on a bogey-game format. Pakdokter returned a miserable score of -7, Omar -13, Hamid -6 and the best score in our flight came from Azhar who returned a score of -1.
The overall champion returned a score of +5 playing to a handicap of 12.
