Dinner @ Nagoya Station


Rastam took us to this little restaurant at Nagoya Station serving roast chicken - the signature dish of the region. The above was chicken on skewers like our satay. Below was chicken wings deep-fried with sesame seeds sprinkles. What made it famous was the fact the despite the deep-frying the flesh inside the crispy skin was juicy and tender.


 
The dish below was chicken soup served with rice and porridge.
