Chiang Mai Day 3 : The Kalare Night Bazaar

The Kalare Bazaar is the older and original bazaar of Chiang Mai. It is housed in 2 covered buildings and the shops there appear to have items of better quality than the ones sold along the side-streets and the open-air night market.

There is an active 'artists' corner' doing reproductions of potraits etc.

At one open-air stage - traditional Thai dances were performed.

And at a rooftop bar, a 'blues' band performed many 'blues' standards and classics.
