Chiang Rai Day 2: Mae Kok River Cruise (3) - The Elephant Camp and Touring the Karen Village on an Elephant

The Karens are skilled with elephants. At the fringe of their village - they run an elephant camp which has become a 'standard' tourist itinerary in this region. They offered elephant rides across the Mae Kok into their village and up the nearby hill and pakdokter and partner decided to do a 1-hour ride which cost us 1000 bahts ( about RM100)
