We all had a good night sleep at the Ngorogoro Lodge - pakdokter woke up quite early only to be awed by the clear night sky with stars that felt like within pakdokter's reach. Along the ridge of the crater, there were areas with lights on denoting the location of the various lodges on the ridge of the crater.
We had an early hearty breakfast as we would be heading to Kenya for the next league of the journey.
