By about 1 pm, we decided to move on and look for a safe site where we could park and have our picnic lunch brought along from the hotel this morning. Other vehicles also had the same arrangement. We found a spot under a tree where the surrounding grassland was not long so that we could be sure that it would be safe if any of us wanted to get out of the land-rover to do a 'pee-pee' at the back of the vehicle.
Lunch was chicken sandwich, a hard-boiled egg, fruits, cakes, potato chips, a box of orange juice and a bottle of water.
