Having explored the market we could not ignore the cafes and restaurants and decided to stop for refreshments. But after looking at the food menu we decided that we could not ignore the dishes on offer or else we would never get the chance again. We sat at the bar and was promptly served by its attendant. We tried out one dish each and although not that hungry we also tried out their dessert. And the bottle of Rioja was great.
sardine fillets with pickled carrots and beetroot slices

each of this portions were large enough for the two of us to share
a local digestif in a lovely horse-bottle
crepes with ?mango fillings
