the restaurant was located on the upper deck overlooking the sea
Pakdokter's family had had their own spa treatments earlier and had gone to the beach to relax and read. That night we had dinner at the hotel's restaurant - celebrating pakdokter's partner's birthday as well as our 34th wedding anniversary.
The French chef did quite an outstanding array of dishes which we gladly sampled.

scallops
fish carpaccio
a prawn pasta
duck breast fillets
tenderloin steak
and gelatos with fruits slices
