The Charms of Ole' Penang.....

Pakdokter took the chance from the 'Balik Kampung Hari Raya' trip to re-visit Penang. We chose the E&O Hotel for its 'old world' charm as well as for its convenient location from where we could set out on foot to explore the heritage sites of Penang.

Kudos to the Penangites! With this part of Penang being now declared a world heritage site, hopefully many of the old and pretty buildings will be restored to its former glorious looks....
