We arrived at the Shirakawa-go Village at around lunch time. It was drizzling lightly. The bus dropped us off at the area where visitors car park was located. Many souvenier shops, cafe and the tourist information center were located at this area. So was the Shorakawa-go Heritage Village Museum. The village itself was located across a river linked to this area by a bridge. The mountains glowed with the colours of autumn.
