Walking along Rue de Rivoli - we would approach the Louvre Museum from its northern wing - unlike yesterday when we walked along the banks of the Seine and reached the Louvre along its southern wing. The banners informing some of the current exhibitions in the Louvre were hung on the walls of the nrthern wing.

We revisited the Louvre's central courtyard hoping to capture the scenery under blue and bright sky. Unfortunately dark clouds picked up rather soon after that.
