Tony Liew, May Liew, pakdokter and Peter (Zahardin)...
The Lake Club Annual Championship took place at the Staffield Golf Course on Saturday morning,14th November 2010. 63 golfers took part, playing a strokeplay game which started on the shotgun at 8 am.
Pakdokter teed off from hole No.6 of the Western Course. In the flight was Peter (Zahardin) O'Malley, Tony Liew and May Liew.
Pakdokter played to the NHS handicap of 26, Peter 21, Tony 33 and May Liew 36.
Pakdokter had not played at this course for at least 2 or 3 years and was pleasantly surprised by the good condition of the course. No wonder the course was very crowded that morning and probably on most weekends too.
However the good condition and pleasant weather did not translate into good scores for pakdokter. With a gross score of 52/51 pakdokter came home with a net score of 77. Peter came home with a similar score.
Pakdokter missed the Prize Award Dinner at the Lake Club on Sunday night.
