The half day morning excursion of Santorini ended by lunch which was on-board of the cruise ship - and the ship moved on to the next destination, the island of Mykonos where we arrived by late evening just in time to catch the beautiful sunset.
Mykonos became a famous holiday island some 30 to 40 years ago and is a famous gay haven! The circular bay into the port is lined by rows and rows of restaurants, bars, boutiques and hotels. We spent the evening on the island and boarded the cruise again which set sail at around midnight.
