Since we would not be seeing much of Rastam during the week except during his dinner breaks - we decided to do a 3-day outing to Hakone. We bought a package from the Odakyu Travel Company in Shinjuku which run the Romance Train service to Hakone including a 3-day-2-nights stay in one fo the ryokans at the famous 'hot-spring spa' town outside Tokyo.
