Pakdokter and Rain stayed back another night and only returned to KL late on Monday. So early Monday morning we took a taxi to Riverdale GC - a recently affiliated reciprocal club to RSGC. This 3 or 4 year old club belongs to the same owner os the Red Mountain and Loch Palm courses in Phuket.
The club-house is modern and the golf course did not disappoint. This is definitely a must-play course in Bangkok in our future visits. Our reciprocal arrangements with this club entitles us to only half the green fee. So a game for us only cost about RM200 for green fee, caddy and buggy. In Thai courses each golfer uses one buggy to himself. There is no sharing of buggies between two golfers as practised at home or in Indonesia.
