X'Mas Brunch @ Hilton: the Desserts......

Trying to appreciate the series of 'desserts' which came next was a herculean effort.....




the Christmas tree stump....

limoncello custard, quince truffle .....




prune and armagnac parfait with french toast on the left plate..
and Christmas bread and butter pudding on the right....

the rice pudding....

apple and saffron variations.....
if pakdokter's labelling was wrong,
blame it on the 'prosecco' and the 'de Bortoli Shiraz Cabernet'...
the 'brunch which started at 12 noon
finished at 4.30 pm...
chef Michel asked if we could walk home.....
