X'mas Brunch @ Hilton:the Main Courses....

The 'starters' were served course by course and although each portion was small, by the time we completed them downed by the free flow of beverages of one's choice, it was becoming an effort to move on to the 'mains'.......

this dish was called "smoking allowed".....
a fillet of salmon smoked in a glass jar...

the smoked salmon served with a pickle and potato salad...

then the seafood cassoulet....

to be followed by the salt-baked Australian pink snapper...

and the Dorper lamb shank....

and of course for the Christmas signature..
the honey-glazed turkey breast..
it was delicious.....!

and more!....
the mustard glazed tomahawk which turned out
to be a roast of wagyu beef....
tender and lovely....
and finally a risotto with mushroom and truffle....
how did we take all these servings in?.....
