Danang Golf Club

Our first game was played at the Danang Golf Club - the first golf club to be developed in Danang. It is designed by Greg Norman a.k.a. the Shark - a relatively short course but but tight with lots of bunkers and a very fast green with a speed of at least 11. It did not help that the weather was extremely hot even for us from Malaysia. Pakdokter played a miserable game of only scoring 28 stableford points.

Pakdokter's flight-mate, fellow RSGC member, Tg Azman Zaid played well here, returning a score of 38 points on his handicap of 23 and was the leader for the day.

pakdokter had earlier read some of the online reviews
of this club and some of the reviewers complained about
the demanding caddies when it came to 'tips' after the game.
pakdokter was glad that the caddies were good and no such
behaviour as reported on the reviews was experienced by us.
The caddies were happy with tips of 200,000 VND ( RM30).

as in Thai courses ( at least for pakdokter)
