The Bhosphorus Cruise (3)

Bebek - the most expensive residential area of Istanbul
a floating restaurant in the middle of the Bhosphorus
yatchs belonging to the rich and famous of Bebek





a part of the old Constantinople wall
around it the grounds have been turned into burial ground
each burial plot can cost up to 3000 Euros

the F S Mehmet Bridge at one of the naarower spots along the straits
the shortest bridge was built by King Darius of Persia
when he took over Istanbul and marched into Europe
at its narrowest the straits is only 700 metres long
but also at its deepest which is about 120 metres deep
