Refreshed from the 'hammam' we were both feeling hungry and went into a typical Istanbul eatery serving Turkish dishes as what we would see in any of our Nasi Kandar shop back in Malaysia. Make your pick, pay at the end of the counter and enjoy.

pakdokter had a plate of pilav rice with a leg of chickenpakdokter's partner chose the lamb koftesi with pilav rice
and we shared a plate of grilled aubergines
with the bottle of water and cola the dinner came to 40 lira ( RM 80)
