Beyond the English Market was the central business district of Cork. There were a few lanes of pedestrian malls and a main shopping street where the major designer label shops were located. Pakdokter and partner spent most of the rest of the day walking these streets and at a bookstore bought some books which pakdokter deemed would not be easy to find at home.
