By late afternoon we decided to head back to the Zhongdian Old Town for the 'photographers' in our group to capture images of the town under the evening light.

the town square with stalls hawking street food...while pakdokter's partner and Ravee went around snapping pictures
pakdokter sat at one corner of the square and chatted up a young Ozzie boy from
Perth doing a PhD in Tibetan culture for Uni Western Australia
his girlfriend is a 'chic' from Hong Kong....
we found a clean cafe run by a pretty Tibetan lady...so we stopped for refreshments....
the cafe owner recommended her friend's restaurant for dinner....
as the evening light fell the square was emptied of the hawkersand became a dancing ground.....
the dance of all the tribes looked the same to pakdokter...
